Limited Warranty
All of our products are warranteed to be free from manufacturers
defects in materials and construction. Phamitech sole obligation
under this warranty is to supply a replacement product or credit
against the purchase of such product. No warranties other than
those stated herein are given or implied with respect to any
Phamitech product. Under no circumstances will Phamitech be
liable for any consequential damages arising from the use of
any Phamitech product whatsoever.
The warranty program includes two segments.
1. The time lapsed from the original ship date from Beijing,
China to the user
2. The time lapsed for the operation of the cathode or filament.
This warranty shall terminate upon expiration of any one that
expires first.
Warranty is based upon the prorated use of the product. Factors
for consideration are the total warranty hours of the product
and the number of operational hours the product has been used.
Any product which fails during the first 10% of the operational
hours for which it is warranteed will be replaced free of charge.
During the remaining 90% of the product's warranty life, a prorated
adjustment will be calculated and credit issued toward the product's
replacement. The following formula is used to calculate the
prorated adjustment.
(1- actual life of operation) /total warranty life
Conditions For Warranty Consideration
The warranty is valid only when the following conditions are
complied with. Any failure to adhere to all of these conditions
completely terminates warranty obligation.
1. All products must be operated within the published minimum
and maximum operational ratings.
2. The product must not be subjected to abuse or negligence
in use, storage and/or handling. The returned product must be
accompanied by an accurately and fully completed service report.
3. All products must be supplied directly by Phamitech.
4. Phamitech must be notified within 30 days following any product
failure deemed to be a warranty candidate.
5. The products must be removed from service immediately following
the discovery of any malfunction.
6. The returned product, when replaced, becomes the property
of Phamitech. When requested, a product that is not accepted
for warranty replacement will be returned to the customer within
30 days, unless said product has been disassembled for warranty
inspection. The customer and or user will pay any costs associated
with the return.
Return Policy And Procedures
1. A service report must be filled out accurately and completely
for warranty consideration.
2. Serial numbers of the candidates for replacement must be
given.
3. In most cases, the product must be returned in the original
box designed specifically for the safe transportation of the
item to be returned; In some cases when the tube is not expensive
ones, photos will be ok.
4. Return shipping costs including insurance must be paid by
the customer. Phamitech will not accept any responsibility for
loss or damage while any product is in transit for warranty
consideration.
5. The product that has been accepted for warranty replacement
will be returned to the customer prepaid. Phamitech will pay
all costs associated with the return.
6. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the
warranty return.
After the warranty product is received by Phamitech, the Engineering
Department will review the service report and perform the necessary
testing required to determine the cause of failure. The warranty
evaluation process and final determination will take approximately
2-3 weeks under normal circumstances. If any further information
is required, there may be further delays in processing the warranty
claim.
Any product, after testing and evaluation, that is found to
be functional and within the published specifications will be
returned to the customer. The customer will pay all costs associated
with the return. |
