Pipe Heat Treatment
PIPE HEATTREATMENT (QUENCHING FACILITY, QUENCHING & TEMPERAING FURANCE)
 
Steel pipes heated by the quenching furnace are transferred to standby position of the discharging rollway; the charging device lifts the steel pipes and overturns it on stabilizing wheel of the rotating device for low speed rotation; clamping cylinder mounted on the spray framework quickly clamps the steel pipe and rotates it. Outer spray nozzle on the framework uniformly sprays water on external surface of the steel pipe; Meanwhile cone spray nozzle approaching the steel pipe butt end sprays water to interior of the steel pipe, therefore internal and external surface of the steel pipe have be made the quench treatment. Steel pipes after the quenching are delivered to the stop gauge through the transition reverse turning bed and the sloping bench; Reverse turning bed of the stop gauge rotates and reverses steel pipes on the water drainage bracket one by one; Steel pipes after the water drainage will be delivered to feeding rollway of the tempering furnace again through the sloping bench to complete the total quenching process.
 
Inner spray water enters the reservoir via the tee valve in case of non-quenching, and outer spray water is also collected into the drainpipe via the water eliminator and then returned to the reservoir.
