Extrusion Press
1. The machine has a four-column horizontal structure consisting of top-mounted oil tank, well-laid hydraulic piping and integrating electrical system;
2. Mobile beam can be located at four positions and centre-adjusted. Reasonable design of tools and moulds can greatly reduce production cost;
3. Different extruding process can be set to produce tubes having different bores with the way of following and fixed piecer;
4. Large flow rate plug-in valve system used in hydraulic unit results in a good seal and low temperature rise;
5 PLC from Japan Mitsubishi is of reliability and sensitivity;
