CS-20 type high-frequency resonance capacitors

These products are the first selection for the use of high-power and solid-state high-frequency resonant circuit. They have the lower equivalent inductance and resistance, and their working-frequency extent is very wide(10KHZ-450KHZ),and they can withstand high current.They are particularly suitable for the use of low voltage high current solid-state resonant circuit.

Their outside electrodes are made of copper plate. These capacitors can be classified into 2 groups according to the cooling – direct and indirect water cooling. In the lower power solid state high frequency equipment, forced air cooling to the radiator on which capacitors are mounted is recommended.

CS21-type high-frequency coupling capacitor

The structure of this product is the direct water-cooling type, They can withstand very high current and they have the lower equivalent inductance and resistance. They are suitable for the coupling between inverter and matching transformer in the solid-state power generator. They can also be used in other high current circuit as DC blocking and coupling.
