According to the function of the line and the process sequence of the strip, the line can be divided into entry section, process section and exit section. The entry section mainly includes payoff reel, crop shearing, welding and degreasing procedure, which provides the processing section with continuous strip material. The process section mainly includes annealing, skin pass mill, stretch leveler, and thus finishes the technical processing of the strip. The exit section takes charge of parting cutting and reeling of the strip.
 
Technological flowsheet
 
Coil loading→ payoff reel→ crop shear→ welding→ degreasing (alkali spray + alkali brush+ electrolytic cleaning+ water brush + 2 stages water rinsing) → dryer→ (entry looper→) heating → heat soaking → quick cooling→ overage→ re-cooling →water quenching →dryer → skin pass mill → stretch leveler→ (exit looper→) edge cutting → inspecting →oiling→ cutting→ tension reel→ coil unloading→ packing

Main features of the line
 
1) Adopts radiant tube indirect heating technique, the heating can be easy controlled, and it will get the uniform heating and good strip shape; uses light ceramic fiber will as the inner lining of the annealing furnace, which has the advantage of quick furnace building and low thermal inertial etc.
 
2) A cleaning section will be set, which combines chemical degreasing and electrolytic degreasing, to improve the degreasing effect, clean the oil stain, and iron dust of the strip surface, obviously decrease the scaffolding of the furnace roll. 
 
3) In the furnace, adopts protective gas recycle jet cooler and frequency conversion adjustment, which can get the effect of quick and uniform cooling, and the temperature of the strip entering the zinc pot can be controlled accurately.
 
4) Adopts new technology such as "overaging" and so on.
 
5) Adopts skin pass mill, which can improve the surface quality of the products efficiently, eliminate the yield point elongation, improve the coating and cold draw performance of the products.
 
6) Uses the stretch leveler with two-bending-one-straight units which will improve the strip shape and surface quality, enhance the products competitiveness.
 
7) Adopts flue gas heat recovery technique of SUNNY patent to heat the alkali liquor of the degreasing section and supply hot air for all line driers, which improve the heat utilization efficiency and decrease the running cost of the line (millions of Yuan can be saved each year).
 
8) Adopts native advanced electrostatic oiler to carry through the thin layer oiling.
 
9) Adopts CPC, EPC devices in the furnace, which ensures the correct running of the strip. The CPC, EPC will be the imported equipment, which further ensures the steady produce of the line.
 
10) Adopts AC frequency driving control system, which has good human-machine interface and the maintenance of the equipment is easy.
