STRIP ELECTROLYTIC DEGREASING LINE This line is electrolytic degreasing line, with the function of degreasing (chemical, electrolytic) and loosing winding etc; the design production capacity is 70,000-200,000 tpy (quantum of exit); the raw material is cold rolled precision hard straight carbon steel coil, carbon constructional quality steel coil and structural low alloy steel coil, with specification of 400-850mm X 0.08-1.0mm; the processing speed of the line is Max.180m/min. In the process section, mainly accomplishes chemical degreasing, electrolytic degreasing, water cleaning and baking technology etc. |

Line main features
1) Combines the advanced electrolytic degreasing and electrolytic degreasing technology, the degreasing effect is excellent.
2) Adopts three stages water cleaning sections, the cleaning effect is good.
3) Adopts native auto welder, can get good welding quality and ensures the normal running of the line,
4) EPC will be imported equipment, which ensures the product coiling quality.
5) Adopts AC frequency driving control system, which has good human-machine interface and the maintenance of the equipment is easy.
